He has a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University.  In 2002, Mr. Sudheer joined Neumeric Technologies and has been involved with the development of Neumeric Technologies.  With the deep business background, Mr. Sudheer aspires to grow and realize his dream of building suite of solutions for Healthcare.  Over the last 10 years, Sudheer Gaddam has been intensively involved with Program Management Concepts and has been involved in a major implementation at an OEM in Automotive Sector.

Mr. Gaurav Agrawal, Vice President of Business Development at Neumeric Technologies

He has been involved with Business Development & Project Management activities for over 15 years and has experience in independently handling the management of the business. He has vast experience as a software consultant in analysis, design development, implementation and deployment of enterprise business applications for Fortune 1000 clients having worked for clients in United states of America, United Kingdom, Germany & Asia-Pacific. His responsibilities include defining and executing the company’s long-term strategy focused on growth, profitability, customer leadership and operational excellence. He leads all sales and business development activities to ensures highest level of customer satisfaction & responsible for Marketing, Sales, and all other customer facing components of the organization. He is involved in Preparing proposals, Pre-sale, Post-sale, Project execution, Delivery and Post delivery activities. With a strong background in technology and business management gained through varied roles in the past, Mr Agrawal has been instrumental in establishing Neumeric Technologies as a top-ranked technology staffing partner for Fortune 1000 clients across USA. Mr Agrawal has done Masters of Science & Master of Technology from DAVV, Indore, India.

Mr. Krishna J Vedula, Vice President of Technology & Global Delivery

He has over 18 years of experience in Information Technology, providing solutions to Enterprises. He has extensive experience in Architecting and designing systems using various technologies and methodologies like J2EE, .NET, EAI and SOA. He has effectively Architected and implemented Enterprise wide SOA solutions for large Telecommunications companies like TelCove Inc, and Level 3 Communications. He has good functional knowledge in various domains including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Transportation, Banking and Telecommunications. He has a Masters and Bachelors of Engineering in Mechanical engineering, with focus on Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing.

Mr Vedula has worked as a Head of Architecture for a leading Global IT provider, and in this capacity, he has managed a vast portfolio of projects for various Fortune 500 companies.

Dr. Venkatarama Gaddam, Vice President of Healthcare Services

Dr. Venkatarama Gaddam is Board Certified Interventional Cardiologist, with over 20 years of association and experience in Medical Profession. As an Entrepreneur, he successfully established and managed Healthcare Enterprises for the last few years. Additionally, he is the Vice President of Healthcare Services in Neumeric Technologies Corporation. Dr. Gaddam has been mentoring development team in developing the healthcare solutions including Transcription Platform and also several other customized solutions. He was instrumental in inception and development of Flagship Product ‘Bhishak EMR’. He is playing an important role in developing Product ‘Bhishak Image viewer’. He is mentoring Sales and Marketing team in Healthcare sector and his suggestions were very valuable in expanding the clientele across the globe.

He is a fellow of American College of Cardiology and also at the Society of Cardiac Angiography and Interventions. He was involved in research and few notable publications were “Bradycardia During Therapy for Multiple Myeloma with Thalidomide” & “Anti-Thrombotic Effects of Atorvastatin – An Effect unrelated to Lipid Lowering”. He did his Bachelors in Medicine from Gandhi Medical College, Hyderabad-India. He completed Internal Medicine residency at Weiss Hospital at the University of Chicago, followed by fellowship in Adult Cardiology & Interventional Cardiology at University of Arkansas in Little Rock.
